Party time at the White House
There is turmoil all over the middle east. We have troops in Afghanistan engaging in regular combat. We have liberal zealots in Wisconsin sending death threats to 18 of the Republican legislators in that state, (wausaudailyherald.com.) There is devastation in Japan. Israelis are getting killed by Palestinian terrorists, (Reuters.)

Seriously? The President isn't allowed to go to a dinner which is a Washington institution (for presidents of every party)? Every president besides Grover Cleavland has attended it, including Bush for every year that our troops (and you) were in Iraq and Afghanistan. Obama didn't even go in 2009 or 2010. This sounds like a cheap shot to keep the rhetoric going.
ReplyDeletePresidents are allowed to take it easy... I mean, George W Bush took 1020 days of vacation as president, the most of any president. Does that bother you?
